Director of Billing
Paula joined Synergy ENT Specialists in August 2003 as Practice Manager, bringing over 25 years of surgical medical experience and a medical assistant degree. She led the day-to-day operations until 2018 when she took over the role as Director of Billing. Paula provides the to dedicated and focused management of billing, which is critically essential for our growing and ever so busy medical practice.
Kim Meyer, B.S.W.
Chief Operating Officer
Kim joined Synergy ENT Specialists in 2012 as Director of Marketing and Practice Development, to support the practice and develop it’s subsidiary division, St. Louis Sinus Center.
Kim has implemented a broad spectrum of marketing initiatives including: print, radio, tv, billboard, digital, and online advertising, educational speaking events presented to the public and referring physicians, and the creation of new websites.
In October of 2012, Kim coordinated a ground-breaking television broadcast with Channel 4’s Great Day St. Louis. During a LIVE broadcast, Dr. Gould joined the set and performed a balloon sinus dilation procedure! The goal was to show just how easy it is for a patient to receive this procedure and this broadcast certainly delivered the message.
In 2016, Kim oversaw the logistics for opening our second office in Ladue. This premier site serves as the primary location for St. Louis Sinus Center and is outfitted with a full complement of cutting-edge technologies. Kim managed the day-to-day operations of this location until 2018 when she was promoted to Chief Operating Officer.
Today she oversees the operations of both locations, talent acquisition and development, and so much more. She and her team remain as the driving force behind Dr. Gould’s goal to build an exceptionally talented medical team, providing superior medical care coupled with the most cutting-edge technologies in the industry and with streamlined, efficient processes.
Megan Snidle, R.N.
Director of Clinic
After graduating with an Associates Degree in Nursing from Jefferson College, Megan spent 8 years as an Operating Room Circulator. In that role, she prepped patients for surgery and assisted Surgeons and Anesthesiologist during surgery.
In August of 2012, she joined the Synergy ENT Specialists Team as the Surgical Nurse Coordinator. Megan’s responsibilities included patient triage, surgery/procedure scheduling, and assisting with in-office procedures, CT imaging and patient care.
After the opening of our second office in 2016, Megan was promoted to Direct of Clinic. In this role, Megan manages the day-today clinic schedules for all providers as well as the clinic staffing and development. She also schedules all surgeries and procedures and leads the team that assists with all in-office procedures.
